The Villa Fabiano Palace Hotel, a 4-star spa hotel in Cosenza Rende, takes care of its guests’ physical fitness with wellness programs, a fitness area, and water activities in its Acque e Terre Wellness Center.

Rejuvenate yourself by following the humid path of the Acque & Terre Spa: heated water beds, emotional shower with scented tropical rain or cold mist, Kneipp path, ice waterfall, sauna or bio-sauna, aromatic Turkish bath. Dive into our heated pool and experience the thrill of the waterfall massage. Regain your balance in the relaxation area and surrender to the pleasant sensations of our rituals.

Fitness Technogym & Courses

The Acque e Terre wellness center offers its guests a large gym equipped with the latest Technogym cardio-fitness equipment; a room dedicated to free-body exercises, individual and couples dance classes; and a wonderful indoor pool for gentle water aerobics, water aerobics, and freestyle swimming.

We also offer aquatics courses for pregnant and newborns, as well as postural gymnastics.

All courses are taught by industry professionals.
