To ensure our guests enjoy the utmost hospitality and taste, Villa Fabiano Palace Hotel offers three types of services: a rich and delicious breakfast buffet, a Wine Bar for cocktails, drinks, and delicious aperitifs, and the Quasimodo Restaurant for a true culinary experience.

Breakfast

We proposes a breakfast for every tastes with an international buffet featuring a rigorous selection of foods, including organic and gluten-free, with the freshest products and desserts baked in the morning.

During the warmer months, the hotel’s outdoor plaza becomes an alternative location for breakfast. Furnished with a gazebo, sofas, and tables, during the rest of the day it becomes the perfect spot to enjoy relaxing moments while sipping a drink.

Timetables: from 7 to 10.30 am (7.30-11.00 during the weekend)

Wine Bar

The hotel features an elegant wine bar where guests can savor excellent wines from local, national, and international wineries, or enjoy cocktails and tantalizing aperitifs.

Our beverage selection also includes delicious craft beers from both Italy and abroad.

The atmosphere and design will provide the perfect backdrop for your moments of relaxation after a long day at work.

Quasimodo Restaurant

The Quasimodo Restaurant offers traditional, national, and international cuisine, prepared by a young team capable of blending the distinctive flavors of the past with the elegance of contemporary cuisine.

At the restaurant, you’ll discover the art of culinary reinterpretation: simple yet refined ingredients, carefully selected from local produce, and expertly prepared to satisfy even the most discerning palates.
