The Sala Leonida (the Leonida Room) at the Best Western Premier Villa Fabiano Palace Hotel in Rende (Cosenza) - as it measures 270 sq. m. (just over 2,906 sq. ft.) – can be modulated by tailor-made wooden panels that divide the full-size room into two comfortable soundproof rooms. This means a switch from a total capacity of 260 seats to two rooms with seating for 150 and 100 people respectively.

In the room it is possible to project from 4 different positions, on totally retractable screens. Close to the speaker’s position there is a single controller for lighting, audio, and screen descent/retraction.
 

Equipment: latest-generation projector, HDSL connection 1.0 GMB (guaranteed minimum bandwidth) for uploading (ideal for video conferences), a specific conference audio system, a lighting system that can be adjusted by the speaker, flip chart, and satellite channels.
